Farm Details
In order to understand the farm requirements and to implement or improve our services we collect information including, farm name, photographs, livestock numbers, location (State, district, city, Postal code), and livestock categories.

We use the information we collect for following purpose, including:
  1. To provide, personalise, maintain, and improve our products and services, such as to enable deliveries and other services, enable features to personalise your account.
  2. To carry out our obligations arising from any contracts entered into between you and us and to provide you with the relevant information and services.
  3. To administer and enhance the security of our Platform, Services and for internal operations, including troubleshooting, data analysis, testing, research, statistical and survey purposes.
  4. We have appropriate technical and organizational security measures to ensure a level of protection for personal data appropriate to the risk.
We use the services of third-party service provider (Amazon Web Service) to host user data and transfer of data through these third party are done under applicable law and compliances. Your personal data are stored as per rules and compliances inside your jurisdiction of residence.
We maintain strict access controls to prevent unauthorized access to personal data and maintain a security and authorisation policy for access to our systems and update it from time to time.
The transfer of personal data between your end device and us is generally carried out in an encrypted form over secured HTTPS connection. You can identify an encrypted connection for example by the lock symbol in the address line of your browser.
